The Transnational Centre for Just Transitions in Energy, Climate & Sustainability (TRAJECTS) will support and strengthen transcontinental exchange, research & education on transitions towards a sustainable future, with a deeply inter- and transdisciplinary approach that also allows for additional South-South exchange and capacity building. This cooperation will be coordinated through three regional "hubs": The main centre is based at Universidad Nacional de Colombia – sede Bogotá (UNAL) in Colombia (COL) supported through an African regional hub in South Africa (ZA) at the University of Capetown (UCT), and coordinated together with a European hub based in Technische Universität Berlin (TUB) in Germany (GER). Our aim is to offer locally embedded, yet globally aware perspectives on the urgent transitions necessary to protect our shared Climate & Environment.
