TrakRight has adopted a fresh approach to property asset and infrastructure operational risk in the health and aged care industry. Using our technologies and programs, coupled with industry-specific guidelines, processes and systems, operators and Facilities Managers will be better equipped to manage operational risk, compliance, governance activities and costs (OPEX and CAPEX) in a more holistic, consistent and efficient manner. Our property asset and infrastructure operational risk methodology has been carefully crafted and is shaped around collaboration, transparency and accountability. These key ingredients form the basis of our three products; trak-o, trak-a and trak-i.With respect to trak-o, we've partnered exclusively with MEX, a leading global CMMS service provider, to bring our product to life. Drawing on our personal experience of developing and implementing CMMS's into over 70 health and aged care facilities around Australia, we've decided to focus our efforts on the data within a CMMS, rather than the software itself. Collectively, we think this new approach is a win-win, as the facility's return on investment will be considerably greater, the MEX software will be utilised to its full capacity and the facility will save a significant amount of time and money setting up the software. Now that's a fresh approach.
