We're a boutique consulting and Customer Success Organization passionate about simplifying the complex ERP buying & delivery process for small and midsize businesses as their Client-side ERP Solution Architects & Trusted Advisors.Tranex is a Client-side advisory-only consulting company. This means we don't sell software and exclusively advocate on behalf of the Client, allowing us to provide unbiased and solution neutral advice.Our goal is to complement the Client-side project team by assuming one or all of the three instrumental roles that are often not resourced by existing Client employees.As the Client-side Trusted Advisor, Project Lead or Project Manager, we ensure a balanced ERP project from the start, and help mitigate the risk of a failed implementation benefiting both the Client and Software Publisher.
