TCED is a family owned company that was founded by Robert Rozon in 1964 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada. Joining the team few years later, the Rozon brothers, Luc and Paul, seize the opportunity and present themselves through innovation by inventing the breakthrough portable battery boosting system known as Booster PAC® (US Patent number's 5,589,292 & 5,993,983).
