Michelle has over 12 years of experience working for an industry leader in helping consumers with their Individual adn Group Medicare Plans. She recognized that her clients could be better served by leaving that single company she represented to start her own agency. This choice gives her more diverse products to offer from her portfolio. In 2015, she relocated to Virginia and put herself to work in developing a network of contacts to launch Transcend Insurance Solutions, LLC. Since 2015, Gerald has worked in the Medicare Insurance Industry. He has experience in Customer Service and as Licensed Insurance Agent, his focus is on Medicare/Medicaid Plans and meeting the needs of this population. Together they can help people with their Health and Life Insurance needs.
