Transform4C supports organisations in accelerating transformation towards a climate resilient future. Only 40% of organisations has climate related objectives whilst this is the biggest challenge of todays business & society.The proven approach is based on 10 succesfactors and 10 steps for transformation model labeled as: the Resilience Model. This model is the basis for three clear programmes and 10 inspirational experiences that we run with a strong network of partners. Also we run a programme together with Nyenrode : Frontrunners in Stewardship.As Transform4C we have 25+ years experience with Collaboration with pioneers in the field of the transition themes Climate Circularity and Community. 4C represents the vision that the capability of organisations to 'foresee' the future is key in accelerating transformation. We are proud EU Liaison of the global Institute for Corporate Transformation and co-initiator of the 100 Months to Change programme. Our homebase is the Netherlands, where we work with a strong network of partners.
