The focus in Transformational Therapy is on the following: Self-awareness: discovering and becoming aware of who you really are Taking responsibility for your own life and the decisions you take Challenging perceptions and identifications Liberating yourself from restrictive beliefs Reaching goals that are important to you I work from a holistic perspective, whereby ‘transformation', ‘creating more awareness', ‘empowerment' and ‘control over your own life' are key words. I look at the individual and focus mainly on their latent power and the hidden potential. In each and every person all the answers are already there, and simply need to be revealed. Assisting people in working through difficulties, getting more clarity and guiding them in the discovery of their full potential is the core of my work. I make use of Voice Dialogue, the psychology of Jung, coaching techniques, dream work and focussing. My academic education in psychology gives me a broad and stable basis from which to achieve success. The languages in which I work are English, Swedish and Dutch.
