TLSDI is youth-led non-profit, non-governmental think-tank and civic-hub focused on enhancing processes towards harnessing Africa's youth potential as catalysts for sustainable growth and development. TLSDI is positioned to do this through Strategic Analysis, Policy Advocacy, Leadership Development, Capacity Building, Research and Human Empowerment initiatives.The organization is established by a group of young development professionals who are resolute in beliefs that the transformative leadership required to leap-frog Africa's development is repository in today's African Youth that is a product of the status quo, old enough to understand its workings but young enough to dare a new pathway and follow it through.
