Transformative Leadership is a way of being that invites others to their highest contribution. To lead in this way we must address our inner life, in order to offer that self-awareness to the work. Coaching in Transformative Leadership starts with developing a deep vision for the impact of your work, for the functioning of your team, and for what you offer as a leader. Together we assess where you are in relation to that vision, identifying both internal and external obstacles, and then working through those at the level of self, team, and impact. Karali Pitzele is a coach with 16 years of leadership experience and 9 years of coaching leaders. She has worked in education, non-profit, and for-profit settings to help leaders and aspiring leaders to thrive and to guide their teams through organizational roadblocks. Karali supports both personal and organizational growth to maximize positive impact on the world. She is an insightful and compassionate thought-partner, with many resources to support leaders in their work.
