Transition Curriculum Inc. was founded in 2015 by a committed group of educators and vocational rehabilitation professionals focused on reinventing the way that pre-employment transition education and services are delivered to high school students with disabilities. Our mission is to equip students with the tools and skills they need to achieve employment success and independent living goals through an innovative, video-based transition curriculum called NextUp that can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection. and accomplish independent living goals. We take the job of preparing students with learning disabilities for life after graduation seriously and hope that you will share NextUp and the work we're doing to change the world with people you know in special education.
