The Translational Precision Oncology Lab comprises a highly collaborative group of oncologists and scientists with a special focus in Sarcomas, Melanomas and Lymphomas, with the ultimate aim of improving the efficacy of systemic treatment. We employ a multi-pronged approach, using highly curated patient-specific clinical data, patient-derived models, artificial intelligence and deep learning, molecular biology and high throughput data analytics. Leveraging upon new technologies such as spatial transcriptomics, single cell analysis, hyperplex immunofluorescence, multiparameter flow cytometry, we utilize these techniques matched to patient data, to meaningfully improve clinical outcomes.
