Transpecies Society Details
The Transpecies Society is an association based in Barcelona that gives voice to non-human identities; raises awareness of the challenges transpecies face; advocates for the freedom of self-design and offers the development of new senses and organs. The association is a social project by the Cyborg Foundation and it was founded in 2017 by cyborg artists Neil Harbisson, Moon Ribas and Manel Muñoz. The new senses and organs creation project, also called New Sense Lab, is currently composed by a multidisciplinary team of people that shares the same curiosity of exploring and experimenting different ways of perceiving surroundings.
