We are Transpire Sri Lanka. We are "Building a Sri Lankan DREAM" by making it possible for our youth to graduate at age 18 along with work experience. Our long-term vision is to see Sri Lanka being a developed country. We have an ambition to see Transpire Sri Lanka being the leading social-enterprise, in contributing with empowered talent to see that national-level vision being a reality. In a developed country, the average age to graduate is 22. In India, you can even do a master's degree at 21. But in Sri Lanka, when we graduate we are 26. This also means that, when they graduate, they are already been robbed of their dreams. At 26, you have personal commitments. Worse, it really leaves little hope to even compete with global talent when they are at higher positions at younger ages.
