Our Company is Incorporated under the Registrar of Companies Act No 17 of 1982 -Commercial registration certificate No: PVS 6864 dated 12th September 1980, subsequent to the amendment of the Act No: 7 of 2007, Prior to incorporation, we were registered as " Transtours Travel Services" in 1977. We are registered with then Ministry of Labour as a fee charging foreign employment agency in 1978 and regulated and Licensed by the Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training under the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment Act No: 21 of 1985 and issued with a license No: 97.
