Our mission is to listen to our client's travel needs and provide them with the exceptional customer service that cannot be obtained from the internet. Although the agents work together very closely, each agency trains on their own specialty (called a "niche" in this industry) such as Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, cruises, Walt Disney products, and the luxury travel market. We are "employed" by the tour operators, cruise lines, and resorts; so our clients will very rarely see an extra fee charged. We use the internet as a tool, even sending out links to sites that we believe would be useful for our clients to research the destination of choice and help generate real expectations.
