TreeBR is an alliance of landowners to promote the global distribution of forest-backed carbon credits and GHG (greenhouse gas) emission compensation rights. Our mission is to build a sustainable economy around the preservation of the forest areas of our members in the State of Acre, Brazil. Our group purchased the Boa Esperança Estate in March 1994. It is a 127.39km2 property in the State of Acre, Brazil, with 117km2 of native rainforest. Our estate holds around two hundred thousand cubic meters of trees, with species like Cedar, Cherry, Mahogany, Jatoba, and Ipe. In March 2014, we pledged to the forest conservation to IBAMA – Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources, the primary environmental regulator in Brazil.The estate is owned and managed by Boa Esperança Participaçoes Ltda., a company based in Brazil, part of DNEP Holdings LLC, a Delaware privately held investment company with offices in Miami, Florida.Our group's key person is Mr Jayme Rodrigo Perez, an attorney with over 30 years of professional experience, mainly in real estate, civil law, and litigation, standing out for his talent as a negotiator and strategist in corporate transactions. Besides his private practice, Mr Perez served for many years at the Brazilian Social Development Bank (BNDES), as Legal Adviser to the President with direct involvement in the privatization of mining giant Vale S.A. and Telebras S.A., the state-owned monopoly telecom system in Brazil. #ProtectThePlanet #InvestInChange #TreeBR
