TreeBranch is a young startup that makes it possible for (potential) customers to connect through WhatsApp with a company. The past two years we were busy with developing our tool and at this moment we are working on our first test pilots and the reactions on it are mind-blowing! The idea of the tool in a nutshell: Your company presents a phone number to your customers where they can send their questions and comments too. Through our web application it's easy for your customer support department to respond to all those messages that are coming in. Next to that it's possible to send and receive media files and save conversations on the computer or server of your company. We are currently working to on updates that will bring statistics and connections with CRM packages. WhatsApp Worldwide WhatsApp has more than 600 million active users (9.5 million in The Netherlands) that are sending billions of messages everyday. Research tells us that more then 93% of these users are calling WhatsApp as their most populair application on the smartphone. Everyday we are spending more time on WhatsApp then on any other application or social media channel on our smartphone.
