To reach this goal, we apply a new way of thinking the IoT – the Internet of Trees.At Treesense, we are developing the wearable for trees. A sensor is attached to a representative branch with two screws to collect data on the tree's activity every 10 minutes. The activity of a tree can provide us with information about the need for maintenance resources. For example, irrigation of permanent crops in agriculture can be made more efficient and thus water can be used efficiently.
