Trento RISE Details
Trento RISE is a result of the fusion of the ICT areas of the Bruno Kessler Foundation (FBK) and the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI) of the University of Trento.We are an innovation catalyst which aims to create a competitive and dynamic knowledge ecosystem based on social innovation and quality of life. Our strengths lie in our hard work and passion for ICT, innovation and higher level education. We operate in synergy with key actors in the Trentino innovation ecosystem and with a strong commitment to internationalization.Trento RISE is a core partner of the ICT Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). We also collaborate with the other five EIT ICT Lab nodes in Berlin, Paris, Helsinki, Eindhoven and Stockholm.We host the headquarters of the Italian node of the EIT ICT Labs, which is comprised of two core partners, Telecom Italia and Engineering, and seven affiliate partners: the Fiat Research Center, STMicrolectronics, the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum), the National Council for Research (CNR), the Polytechnic of Milan, the Polytechnic of Turin, and the School for Advanced Studies Santa Anna of Pisa.Follow us on Facebook and Twitter:https://www.facebook.com/TrentoRisehttps://twitter.com/trentorise
