In May 2008, tre'za's founders Scott McGehee and John Beachboard opened the first predecessor restaurant of tre'za in the "Heights" neighborhood of Little Rock, Arkansas, providing the community with the finest Napoli style wood-fired pizza, fresh hand-tossed salads and amazing house-made Italian style gelato. For the next year and a half, the restaurant continued to exceed guest expectations and evolve into one of the best fast-casual restaurant concepts in the State of Arkansas. In October of 2010, a second location opened in Conway, Arkansas, and shortly thereafter, tre'za Franchise Systems, LLC was created.\\tre'za Wood Fired Pizza and Fine Salads provides a fresh, fun, and healthier alternative to fast food pizza and the standard salad bar. At tre'za, customers can have it "their way," "our way," or any way for that matter. tre'za is a neighborhood "specialty restaurant" designed for customers who desire a healthier option in a fast-casual setting. The concept is designed to deliver against consumer desire for a more responsive and special dining experience than that offered by traditional fast food. \\Headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and led by franchise industry veteran Dan Rothfeld, who grew Choice Hotels International to what it is today, tre'za Franchise Systems, LLC seeks to identify and partner with experienced restaurant operators and award prime territories to develop this exciting concept.
