Tri-Stone Capital also specializes in receivership and acquisition of distressed portfolio assets. These assets are underperforming portfolios from local banking institutions. Tri-Stone reviews, analyzes and acquires these assets and turns them into profitable revenue generating properties through rehabilitation and property management. Before starting Tri-Stone Capital Arthur started and operated Burgess Properties LLC. Burgess properties acquired and ran a real estate portfolio of over 2 million dollars. He bought distressed assets to rehabilitate and rent for positive cash flow. With his network of realtors, property managers, and contractors he continues to facilitate new real estate deals for Tri-Stone Capital.
