The industry applications required by mold, aerospace, specialty automotive, energy and instrument manufacturers to perform 5-axis simultaneous and positioning moves such as drilling and slotting can be achieved with this powerful, economical 5-axis solution from Tri-Tech.Designed to handle the most complex machining including full 5-axis profiling, contouring, slots and holes, the M5414's sturdy holding fixture enables a quick installation time of less than thirty minutes. The new M5414-R3's all steel construction utilizes hardened and ground A2 tool steel in the drive block and main bevel gears, 17-4 stainless steel in the spindle and gear housing. High speed options are achieved through either a mechanical speeder, or an innovative pneumatic spindle that does not lose torque or RPM under load.
