ABOUT TRI-VALLEY CONSULTANTS FORUM (TVCF) TVCF was founded in 2009 to support consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area and to serve the consulting needs of client businesses. We are a nonprofit 501 (c) 6 organization and an affiliate of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). Membership in TVCF is open to business and management consultants in a broad array of professional practices. OUR VISION: To build a robust organization where every member leads a thriving, healthy, profitable business consulting practice. OUR MISSION: To provide consultants a forum for networking, synergy of services, collaboration, and professional development.
