TRIA - Trust - Relationships - Innovation - Action. Tria Group is a new, dynamic, innovative and modern company with a unique approach to doing things. It was established on the 9th of November 2012. Tria Bus Media is the first venture of Tria Group. Tria's core purpose is ‘Winning in everything we do because of our people, while making a positive difference to others as a result.' Tria believes in making a difference to the lives of its people. We strive to achieve this by empowering our employees to continually deliver an unbeatable customer experience. Tria wants to make a significant difference to the lives of its stakeholders in Africa, a beautiful continent that is full of potential yet has so many issues which need to be addressed. Tria wants its business to be a force for good, to tackle these issues directly and indirectly by giving back to the society within which it exists. Tria Group is one big family rather than a typical bureaucratic organisation. We believe in empowering our people to run independently, yet help one another, and come up with solutions to problems from within the Group. In a sense Tria is pool of shared ideas, values, interest and goals. It is founded by Trushar Khetia, a young and ambitious Kenyan entrepreneur with several years of experience both in Kenya and in the UK with several commercial, sales, marketing, media, FMCG and retail businesses including Procter & Gamble in the UK and Khetia's Supermarket, one of Kenya's retail chains.
