In order to combat the rapidly declining attention span in our ‘Smartphone society' trial attorneys must continually innovate their methods of delivering information to juries. I am pleased to announce that my new company, Trial Tech LLC, is dedicated to capturing the attention of jurors by providing high quality designs and presentations to trial attorneys and firms in the Northshore area. For the past several years I have worked with the 22nd JDC District Attorney's Office while completing my Juris Doctorate at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Through dozens of jury trials I witnessed both the positive and negative effects technology can have on a jury. I have developed techniques and skills to help you capture your jury's attention and ensure a smooth trial presentation.
