The Tridan service includes prototype parts, complete assemblies and all ancillary requirements such as heat treatment, plating processes and painting.We have invested heavily in management and technical support software. A Windows based integrated networked Production Management System has been installed. This controls Sales Order Processing, Contract Control, through to Materials Management.A Cad Cam system offers customers the opportunity to transmit drawing files in 2D or 3D solid formats such as DXF/IGES/DWG/CATIA and others. These are readily translated into machine codes and sent to our wireless DNC linked machine tools.
