Trigram was responsible for gaining planning and delivering the impressive 18 storey 600 bedroom Birmingham One student residential tower on the Bristol Road just South of Birmingham City centre in an innovative deal that saw the ground floor gym and swimming pool opened to local community residents as part of planning gain.
