We use the principles of the Integral model to work with individuals and teams, with the subjective and the objective as well as with both internal and external experiences, thereby addressing People, Culture, Performance and systems.First we engage with the CEO to understand his /her intent and to develop a compelling vision. We also conduct a values survey throughout the organisation to identify actual & desired company values as well as the aggregate of individual values. This usefully informs the development of the compelling vision. People work at their best when the organisational values are aligned with their personal values so usinga values survey to develop the Corporate Vision and then engage all levels and functional areas to develop corporate values is a powerful way of starting the cultural change process.We focus on those aspects of leadership that support leaders to perform at their best as well as identifying and addressing those areas that are getting in the way. We use a 360 Degree feedback tool to create self awareness and combine this with a powerful residential workshop to build trust, develop further self awareness and provide practical tools to embed the changes in their ways of being and doing. Sustaining these is the greatest challenge people face when going back into the workplace so we support the new behaviours with 1 on 1 coaching. Once new behaviours are being demonstrated we cascade the program to the direct reports of the top team & beyond.
