Non-Profit - Brockton, MA, US
Trinity Catholic Academy provides a highly structured, safe, and nurturing environment combined with an academically rigorous, standards-based academic program emphasizing math and language arts for 500 students in Preschool through Grade 8. Located on two campuses in the City of Brockton, Trinity was established in 2007 and is reinventing how talented faculty, dedicated partners, and a supportive community can work together to help young learners develop the skills, character, and education that will fuel their success in school and life. Trinity Catholic Academy carries on the rich legacy of Catholic elementary education in the greater Brockton community and is the result of a merger of St. Edward, St. Casimir, and Sacred Heart elementary schools, which have histories dating back to the late 1800s and where thousands of children received their early educations. In 2007 the schools - confronted by declining enrollment, deteriorating buildings, and mounting financial challenges - merged and re-opened as Trinity Catholic Academy.
