That spark is part of what keeps people coming back day after day, week after week, year after year.We also pride ourselves on having instructors, counselors, and massage therapists who continually seek to better themselves by learning more about their field, their craft, and their art. We are proud to say we have several trauma informed yoga instructors trained in iRest meditation as well as Licensed Mental Health Therapist utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy. These alternative modalities are being utilized with veterans and first responders nationwide.
