TRIO Student Support Services at SUNY Potsdam a grant-funded program that works to help undergraduate college students who are either: 1.) Low-Income 2.) First generation college students and/or 3.) have a documented disability, stay in college and graduate. We provide services such as: One-on-One Peer Content Tutoring, Study Skill Development, Financial Literacy Counseling, Time Management Skill Development, Advising, and Peer Mentoring. As well as other services that pertain to the academic success of our students.We provide an un-matched level of advocacy and support for our students in order to ensure that they are able to stay focused on their academics and complete their chosen degree program successfully. All members of the TRIO staff at SUNY Potsdam are certified in Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Behavioral Health.
