Triple S formed in 2017 as a collaboration between engineers with extensive mining backgrounds and world renowned manufacturing firms. We saw a gap in the market for an all in one solution: a provider of engineering expertise, manufacturing and site service support. By combining these three key disciplines we are in a unique position to improve overall site efficiency by offering custom engineered products and materials with the benefits of direct access to the manufacturer.\\Without an all in one supplier, consumables tend to be replaced with little consideration to component life extension. Via scanning ‘problematic' equipment, we provide you with extensive wear analysis reports utilising visual 3D colour maps of erosion. This enables shared evaluation of available solutions. We aid review by proposing hydraulic design changes, propose material changes, and sometimes suggest composites to reduce downtime and costs.
