Trish E King Speaking and Consulting Services Was born from the belief that we are more effective when everyone brings their best whole self to the table. Patricia first discovered the value of authenticity when she came out as transgender and embraced who she was. This experience helped her to be a better Soldier, parent and person.As an advocate for gender equality, Trish worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives within the Department of Defense. This was the impetus for opening TEK. Now Trish works to help other companies foster diversity and inclusion initiatives of their own.Trish is a keynote speaker for LGBT equality and resiliency through authenticity. She brings her experience as a pioneer and combat veteran in the military combined with North Eastern grit to provide a unique and inspirational experience.
