Trocadero Wine School is a new educational resource for Arizona wine enthusiasts, and offers classes in wine and spirits for every level, from beginner to enthusiast to certified professionalThe first wine school in Arizona sanctioned by the London-based Wine and Spirits Educational Trust (WSET®), the largest wine-certification organization in the world, Trocadéro Wine School offers courses that lead wine-certification for professionals in the food and beverage industry. The school also offers wine-appreciation classes and a variety of other classes for consumers who enjoy wine, spirits and the culinary arts. Bill Dunphy is the owner and director of Trocadéro Wine School and leads its programs. He holds the WSET® Level 3 Advanced Certification with Merit from London-based Wine Spirits Education Trust® and is currently a Diploma level candidate, the highest WSET® certification. Dunphy is also a Certified Specialist in Wine with the U.S.-based Society of Wine Educators and a member of the French Wine Society, the Arizona Restaurant Association and the Arizona Wine Growers Association. Arizona has reached the point where many people are looking for highly qualified wine instruction that's both informative and fun.
