Known as the ‘Home of Terracotta Wine,' Trofeo is one of the largest producers in the Southern hemisphere to age and ferment wine exclusively in Terracotta Amphora vessels imported from Italy. Elegant and fruit-driven wines are grown and crafted onsite, representing the purest form of each cool climate variety and the regions unique terroir.Originally housing a passionfruit cannery circa 1930, the venue is now home to the cellar door and restaurant, stretching out onto a stunning deck and wine garden that overlooks 50 acres of rural vineyard. Headed by Executive Chef Steve Davidson, the restaurant delivers a relaxed approach to fine dining with a tasting menu that showcases the best of the region, designed to be enjoyed with paired wines.
