With a specialized unique focus on aircraft interiors, In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) and the aircraft interiors market. For operators and lessors our key services often include new aircraft specification development, major interior component (Buyer Furnished Equipment [BFE]) sourcing and management. And for used aircraft we provide turn-key program management services of major interior modifications including Scope of Work development, product specifications and sourcing, integrator sourcing and management and touch labor sourcing and management. We have extensive experience on most narrow and wide body aircraft types with recent expertise in 737MAX specification development projects for several airlines and leasing companies.TAC also has a suite of services focused on the interior supply chain and suppliers market. We assist both experienced and new suppliers with targeted market forecasting specific to the interiors marketplace, entry and growth strategies, mergers and acquisition due diligence, new product certification support, marketing approach development and among other support services. TAC has completed a wide variety of assignments for Tier 1 to Tier 3 suppliers.In addition to our aircraft interior focused services, TAC personnel also complete a wide variety of asset management, technical management, due diligence and other services in both the commercial air transport and business aviation marketplace. TAC's Managing Officer has traded well over 100 aircraft and provided lease and asset management services to a wide variety of clients.
