TroFaCo provide credible and exciting climate action based on trees that are planted, grow and give benefitsto people in tropical villages.TROFACO's goal is to provide very significant climate change mitigation with associated benefits to the communities and giving pride and joy among our customers and sponsors that something effective is being done. By 'significant' we mean millions of tonnes of CO2 emissions compensated for and hundreds of communities enjoying benefits. So far our activities absorb more than 1 millon tonnes CO2.We are expanding sales and partnerships within our current base in Denmark, and within Europe. And we are expanding among partners in Uganda, while looking at options in Vietnam. Our set-up is easily scalable: There are thousands of potential community groups and our management can also grow, while remaining lean.We are a socio-economic entreprise.We have developed and are still refining verification through use of GPS- and tine-stamped images (and video) presented on Google Earth(trees.trofaco.org), with names of sponsors for each planting: Great transparency and 'What you see is what you get'!How we do in more detail?
