With 20 years of experience as the general manager of one of the largest Planned Unit Developments in Northern Nevada, Michael Trudell has achieved an exceptional understanding of critical elements of the professional operation and management of common interest communities. As the general manager of Caughlin Ranch Homeowners Association, Reno, Nevada, Trudell represented the Association's interest in multiple arbitration cases and lawsuits involving the enforcement of the Association's governing documents, enforcement of actions by the Caughlin Ranch Architectural Control Committee, enforcement of the interpretation of the Association's governing documents and protection of the Association's members from actions not supported by the standard of care required by Chapter 116 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. Trudell has testified at every Legislative Session since 1995 regarding the operation and management of common interest communities. Trudell has been a registered Lobbyist regarding the protection of common interest communities since 2003.
