Brain inspired technologies for strong AIMissionWe are researching the information mechanisms of the real brain. Our goal is the practical implementation of neuromorphic computations, the creation of strong artificial intelligence.Based on modern neurobiological research and the results achieved in the field of machine learning, we were able to give fundamentally new explanations of how the brain works. We believe that our context-semantic model potentially many times exceeds all that was proposed earlier and will allow in the foreseeable future to create artificial intelligence not inferior to human intelligence. The way to a strong artificial intelligenceWe believe that all approaches to calculations that give a practical result have the right to exist. However, creating a full-fledged strong artificial intelligence is impossible without taking into account those decisions that have emerged over billions of years of biological evolution. We believe that it is neurobiological studies and modeling of neuromorphic systems based on the context-based approach that will allow:- create strong artificial intelligence- to carry out the development of new generations of neuromorphic computing architectures- implement a full-fledged human-computer interface- discover new methods of treatment of brain diseases and methods of extending its active functioning- explain the phenomenon of consciousness, its role in the physical world. Our partnersBrain research support fund named after Natalia BekhterevaInstitute of the Human Brain Russian Academy of Science
