Our Story:Our Founding Directors, Mr. Avinash Bajaj & Mrs. Ruby De began the journey with a simple mantra- "Strive for continuous improvement and make no compromise on quality!" Today, 14 years later, Truffles stands tall in the Bengaluru Food & Beverage landscape with 9 successful outlets powered by a workforce of over 450.It brings us pride in knowing that today, Truffles enjoys a substantial gathering of people including families, kids, young adults, seniors and of course corporate folk. The constant innovation and perseverance have led to our burgers, desserts and milkshakes taking a place in the hearts of Bangaloreans not just across one but two generations. There is immense potential in this ecosystem along with a clear vision to adapt, grow and succeed.As we step forward into 2022, the goal is to expand our horizons with streamlined & process driven operations with a strategic team. The journey for Truffles began with our Director's pure and unadulterated love for food. As we gear up for phase 2 of our plans, we seek the support of fellow minded individuals who strive for a chance to be part of something bigger.Truffles always seeks to procure local, sustainable and organic ingredients when possible. We believe in delivering the best possible product and hence work to ensure a high quality dish made with premium ingredients- from scratch. The culture promotes a high dependency to Human Capital as we believe a hands-on approach is the best way to create a Truffles Original Dish.We not only do our best to take care of our team members and on time but also to reduce our environmental footprint wherever we can.
