Each year, we spent long New York winters missing the incredible smell and taste that exahlted our holiday celebration.We couldn't stay nostalgic forever, so TRUFFLIN was born. The same freshly harvested truffles that we copiously shave on our Christmas dinner are now available in your favorite restaurants or in your own kitchen.
