WELCOME TO TRUST JACK FOUNDATIONTrust Jack Foundation (TJF) was set up in 2015 in memory of Jack Hastie who suffered from adolescent depression. Sadly, after suffering from adolescent depression for five years he decided to end his life at the young age of 18 years old.Trust Jack Foundation is dedicated to supporting young people to our older people who are socially isolated or have been identified as either suffering from a mental health illness or are at high risk of suffering from a mental health illness and we work to improve the emotional well-being and mental health of our local community and beyond, through health and well-being services, therapy, counselling and activities.ACTIVITIES & SERVICESOur activities and services offered at Trust Jack Foundation are available to all in the local community and beyond to promote positive physical and emotional wellbeing, support to families coping with mental health challenges, reduce loneliness and social isolation, learn new skills. There are many services and activities available for a full list, click the services tab on the header. We have 1 staff member, 4 Board members and 22 volunteers.
