Our art is almost never recognized as such.Our documents are normally buried upon delivery to the client or closing of the transaction. We spend our lives writing text which is almost always under-appreciated.This has to change.- We believe that practicing lawyers are the best creators of legal content. - We believe that 80% of the best legal stock documents, precedents and templates cannot be easily accessed with the existing legal databases or websites. - We believe that high-quality stock legal documents are digital assets which can and should be sold (licensed) online to generate income to its authors, and not remain buried on their hard drives. We are building a peer-to-peer platform for direct licensing of legal precedent documents
