Truth and Tales is a wellness app with interactive tales, audiobooks, and yoga training for kids aged 5 to 10 years.Truth and Tales is unique because of its content. The stories, both interactive and audio format, are Teaching Stories, which are millennia-old tales that benefit children's cognitive development. They help in skills development such as empathy, negotiation, focus, self-observation, perception, and self-regulation. Teaching Stories' benefits were studied in the 1970s at Stanford University by Robert Ornstein.We always wanted to offer physical activity at Truth and Tales. Today we have Yoguinha, yoga training for children. The practices were put together by a teacher who specialized in yoga for kids. We chose this activity for safety (in case of the kid practices without adults) and for the countless benefits, such as strengthening, flexibility, balance, attention, breathing, posture, and body awareness.Truth and Tales is a safe and controlled environment for kids and does not contain advertisements or addiction mechanics, such as loot boxes, extra lives, etc.Truth and Tales can be found on the Apple App Store or on Google Play. It has a free 24-hour trial for everyone and a 1-week trial if you choose to subscribe.
