The TRX NEON Navigation Engine Software is unique in implementing sensor fusion and dynamic mapping to deliver accurate location indoors.Delivering accurate location for people moving about indoors has not been realistic to date without the use of beacons or manual mapping of facilities. The TRX NEON solution implements sensor fusion and mapping to deliver accurate 2D and 3D navigation maps, enabling location where GPS is unavailable, without relying upon pre-installed or networked infrastructure. Core to the TRX technology is the ability to fuse diverse inputs, including inertial, RF, map, and other data to deliver ubiquitous location. Indoors, the TRX solution dynamically produces distinct feature maps of indoor spaces, combining information from multiple devices to populate maps that include building structural features (e.g., elevators, stairwells, hallways), magnetic features, RF features, and transitions.TRX delivers its location technology to the industrial, public safety, and defense communities to enhance operating efficiency, command effectiveness, situational awareness, and safety.
