TService will assist in managing open cab stands; temporary and permanent.We provide quality control checks for each cab for cleanliness and compliance of TService standards. These include all required stickers being displayed, seals on meters, and the entire car being as clean as possible at all times. Drivers and companies can enroll in the TService rewards program, which includes managing the driver reward program. We maintain a database of good drivers, follow-ups, and removed bad drivers. Lists will be shared daily with all participating companies. Formal complaints will be lodged with the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) when requested by rider or deemed necessary by TService.We will enforce the customer bill of rights. We will receive customer comments and complaints for all companies—one number for riders to text or call. We will issue Most Valuable Rider (MVR) coupons which give free desserts or beverages from participating restaurants.TService will also sponsor and enroll drivers in programs to increase their professionalism, defensive driving, tourism knowledge and customer service skills. We will make sure drivers have refresher classes as needed, and are current on recommended training. All to improve the quality of each and every ride.....that's the TService way!
