Turkic American Chamber of Commerce TACC was founded as a self-supporting and non-profit organization in New York by a group of businessmen and professionals to facilitate commerce between the US and Turkic Countries and to establish partnerships between Turkic and American Businessmen. Although the trade volume between the USA, the largest market in the world, and Turkic Countries, which is located in the intersection of the worlds important markets, has been increasing each year, it has not reached to the desired level yet. Turkic Countries, having a strong tradition of international trade and a strategic location in the crossroads of the continents and historic trade routes, needs to develop business activities and improve its trade relations with the USA in order to mobilize its potentials internationally without limiting itself to Europe and the neighboring countries. It's obviously necessary to increase the number of organizations that will work for this objective along with the both countries' chambers of commerce and business councils to enhance business activities between two countries. Established by a number of volunteers who wish to use their experience and encourage their contacts in the USA and Turkic Countries to work for this goal, TACC also believes that in order to perform more efficient business activities in the region, the USAOften many small and midsize businesses do not have the abilit y or capabilit y to do research, to seek alt ernative market opportunities or draw local and international businesses to invest in the state and create partnership
