TTT Community Recovery, Inc.'s mission is to increase homeownership, support community development andincrease access to affordable housing free from discrimination. To fulfill this mission, TTT Community Recovery, Inc., will expand opportunities for low to moderate-income persons who would like to keep their home or whom have lost their home and are in need of a suitable living environment. We believe the homeowner's needs are most important and we do everything in our power to make their needs a priority. We have been watching the housing market for the last 3-4 years. We have noticed the FHA borrower is having a difficult time buying a home. Our Vision is much like HUD's mission which is to buy homes, rehabilitate them and re-sale them to the FHA or first time homebuyer. We have also noticed homeowners are having a hard time keeping their home. We have been doing loan modifications for however long it takes; we do not talk them into a short sale. We realize there are some situations that short sales make sense but not always. Real Estate Agents tend to talk them into short sale, we have real estate agents that we work with and they do not work that way. We are really trying to do what is best for each client.
