TuB is one of the first ever Facebook Messenger chatbot built on the Uber's TripExperiences API to serve people customized content from their personal bookmarks (Chrome, YouTube, Pocket, and more) during their Uber rides.It was brought to life by Germain, Richard, Alessio, Collin, and Francesca on the road from San Francisco and Boulder (CO) during StartupBus North America VII, a 5-day hackathon sponsored by leading tech companies such as Uber and Cisco and primarily occurred on several buses moving from different cities (San Francisco, Mexico City, Vancouver, Miami, New York, and Cleveland) to Boulder (CO), city where the final phase of the competition took action during the Boulder Startup Week event.TuB clean swept the entire hackathon (200+ attendants from 32 cities), bringing home the Grand Prize, the Cisco Prize, and the Uber Prize.
