Tulemod's new state of the art digital fashion service, Atelier, revolutionizes online shopping. The application helps retailers and brands shift from physical to digital inventory and offers the user a unique and engaging online shopping experience. By scanning her face and selecting a body type and hair color, the user is able to create a highly realistic 3d avatar which she can use to try on clothes. The user is able to pair different designers together to see how the outfit will move and flow on her body. Once the user is satisfied with the outfit, he or she is able to purchase the pieces from different retail sites all together without having to visit each individual site. The application will benefit online customers, designers, and retailers alike. Retailers in the fashion industry currently face unsold inventory costs of billions of dollars per year. Although the supply to the retailer is well tuned, there is a gap on the demand side due to lack of data on consumer wants and needs. This application will allow the user to become involved in the decision process, creating a demand driven manufacturing model for retailers The designers and brands create single pieces or full collections that are then rendered and uploaded onto the application. The data on customer's behavior helps stimulate market reception for new designs, minimizes investment risk and maximizes ROI, and gives information on brand awareness and preference. The user has the option to share the outfit via Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest. Industry professionals have access to real-time data on consumer preferences and trends.
